The Hale Page Diamond Lake Neighborhood is a vibrant area that boasts many amenities. Home to several neighborhood parks, Lake Nokomis and Diamond Lake, and the Minnehaha Creek, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors in any season. Many churches, schools, and small businesses also call HPDL home, adding to the sense of place and community feeling that many of our residents value. With connections to 35W, Crosstown Highway 62, and Cedar Ave, numerous Metro Transit bus lines, and the Nokomis-Minnesota River Regional Trail, getting to and from HPDL is convenient no matter how you travel. We are within a short trip to many popular locations, such as Downtown and Uptown Minneapolis, the Mall of America, Southdale Shopping Center, MSP International Airport, and the Minnehaha Falls.
Our neighborhood is home to both young families and empty nesters, and we have a blend of both renters and homeowners among our ~5000 households. You will find people out and about walking dogs, attending PTA meetings, heading to watch youth baseball games, or just smiling and enjoying the day. Come visit us and see firsthand the strong community and has been built by all of our residents!
