Picnic in the Park
New This Summer:
Bikes and Pieces will be offering a bike corral to safely store your bike while you enjoy the Picnic event. Just bring your bike to the Bikes and Pieces tent (located by the horse shoe pit) and check your bike in. Don’t mess with parking. Bike to the event!
Bring a blanket and enjoy the live music while you eat dinner. The live band will play on the showmobile facing out to the outfield so that there is room for everyone to spread out and eat and enjoy the music.
Bring a water bottle and use a water filling station! The City of Minneapolis has some of the best tap water around and it’s free and eco friendly.
Once you are done eating your dinner visit a recycling tent to dispose of your trash. Volunteers will be there to help you put items in the right container.
